I had asked for prayer for a fellow passenger or a stewardess who would be helpful on the plane on the way to Paris.
Well all the stewardesses were having bad days so I avoided them but about 20 minutes before I landed in Paris I asked the woman next to me if she was familiar with Paris.
She is a Canadian who lives in New York and visits Paris 2 times per year for the last 15 or 20 years and spoke French fluently.
It also turned out she had the 12 hour layover I had and was then going to Johannesburg and she was on my flight.
She had plans to visit friends during the layover but she took me to the place where I could store my suitcase, helped me buy my metro ticket, told me what stop to get off and not only that she gave me money for a taxi in case i couldn’t find my way back to the metro and gave me a phone card and her friends cell phone number where I could reach her.
Did i mention she was also fluent in French?  I was blown away!!
God gave me such favor with this woman.

Once in the city I boarded my tour bus and of course sat on the top deck with no roof so I could see the best and of course get great pictures.
The down side is it was cold and eventually started raining lightly.
As soon as I got on the bus and started snapping pictures, the American woman behind me said she envied me taking pictures because her camera wasn’t working.
She asked if I would email her the pictures and she was so indebted to me for the pictures that she gave me all of this food (I hadn’t eaten in about 18 hours – I slept thru dinner on the plane and headed straight to the city when I got off the plane) and then when it got windier she gave me her gloves to use and sat next to me to block the wind – The Lord again took care of me.  He is so faithful!
