Hloniphile is one of the Form 5 Prefects. A prefect is school leadership chosen by the teachers. The prefects are given tasks to keep the school and the students in order (assigning chores [there is no janitorial staff at the high schools here], making sure students speak English, locking and unlocking front gate of school etc)

Why did you join the Cherish Bible Study? I wanted to be pure in the eyes of God and learn more about God
What did you learn from it? Virginity is my gift for my husband and that God has agapeo love for me.
Why do you want to lead a Cherish Bible Study? Many teenagers should know how they can take care of themselves, their purpose in life and that nothing is impossible with God
Are you waiting to have sex until you are married? Yes Why?I believe that in the eyes of God I’m pure, when I get married my husband should get the most precious gift
What would you say to encourage someone to remain abstinent until marriage? Sex was made for married people and not made for us who are not married. She should remain pure to give the gift to her husband so he will be very happy.
Did your parents remain wait until marriage to have sex?No, they did not.
When asked if there was anything else, Hloniphile said: I would like to build a girls’ dormitory at the school so the girls can together. I would teach the girls their purpose, worth, and beauty in the Lord.
*Note from Becca – Back in August, I had a brainstorming session with the leaders of what they would do for the girls at their school if they had all of the resources they needed. Hloniphile’s idea was this girls’ dormitory. Dorms are available at the private schools in Swaziland and Hloniphile wants to use the dorm to disciple the girls at her school.
When I (Becca) think of Hloniphile: JOY, this girl can light up any room with her smile. Hloniphile is the poster child for God’s work through the Cherish Bible Study. For those who remember when i mentioned that the teachers at the school asked what I was teaching the girls because they were seeing such radical changes in their lives, they specifically were talking about Hloniphile because of the complete change in her behavior. She has been my contact if i need any information relayed to the girls, i call her and tell her and I know it’s taken care of. Please pray for Hloniphile, she is going through major trials with her family right now and her heart is broken in the midst of her trying to take her Form 5 exit exams.
