Psalm 37:23 - “If the Lord delights in a man’s way he makes his steps firm; although he stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with His hand”

It's like a toddler walking, holding onto his father’s hand. When he trips he doesn’t fall, he may be dragged a little but because He is holding onto the father.  However because he is connected with the Father he will not stay down, he will eventually be picked up. He continues going forward even if he scratches his knees a bit but if he stays connected with the father he will eventually be up on his feet again and have more trust in his father.

Lord, keep me from pulling my hand away, even when I stumble.
