Why did you join the Cherish Bible Study? I wanted to change my lifestyle, to become a good person, and accept Jesus. I’m now trusting Christ.
What did you learn from it? Abstinence is good, because you become a good person until you get married.
Why do you want to lead a Cherish Bible Study?I wanted to change their lifestyle and for them to accept Christ like I did
Are you waiting to have sex until you are married? Yes Why? I want my husband to be proud. I want to be kept pure and not having HIV or other Sexually Transmitted Infectionss.
What would you say to encourage someone to remain abstinent until marriage? Abstinence is good because while you are abstaining your husband is proud of you and you will become proud of yourself, like I am proud of myself.
Did your parents remain wait until marriage to have sex? No, they didn’t. My mother got pregnant when she was in Form 5 (senior in high school).
When asked what else she would like to say, Andile said: I would like to thank Becca for providing me with the knowledge of how to take care of myself and how to accept Christ because I am now am born again and how I have to abstain from sex until marriage and I have been encouraging others to do so. I also learned about God’s love.
I’m not selfish about myself because I am encouraging others to abstain and have led others to accept Jesus. I wish all the best to Becca because uses her time to lead us to make our lives become more than before. She has tried to advise us and in the end we have gained something. May God Bless You, Becca, I love you!! I wish all the best to Becca’s family members. I would like to thank Becca for the warmness you gave me while my father passed away. I thought it was the end of my life when my father died but Becca encouraged me that God loves me and will take care of me and I accept and believe that.
When i think about Andile, I think dependable and a born leader. The picture shows her personality perfectly, i love that picture. When i would arrive at the school she would open the library for me and round all the other girls up. She is such a blessing. She has such an influence on the other students, when she speaks they listen to her. She is one of the 2 that has changed the most since i first met this group of girls.
