Name: Xolile Msane (Click-lee-lay Mm-saw-nay)

Birthday/Age: 18, June 26

Form 4 (Junior)

Favorite Subject:  English

What do you want to be when you grow up:  Caterer

Who do you stay with?  My grandmother

Are your parents alive?  No, my father died in 3rd grade and my mom died in 1st grade

How many siblings do you have?  I'm the firstborn and have 2 brothers & 2 sisters from the same mother but different fathers.

Why did you join the Cherish Bible Study?  I wanted to know God and live a pure life

What did you learn from it?  I should accept Jesus because He died for me and I should abstain from sex until marriage.

Why do you want to lead a Cherish Bible Study?  I want to be exemplary to the young girls

Are you waiting to have sex until you are married?  Yes  Why?  I want my husband to find me pure

What would you say to encourage someone to remain abstinent until marriage? You must accept Jesus and then it is possible to abstain

Did your parents remain wait until marriage to have sex?  I didn't ask them, I was too young

When asked if there was anything else she wanted you to know she said, "My life changed when I joined the Cherish Bible Study because I was doing bad things and my life was terrible because I did not know God".

When I (Becca) think about Xolile, I think of a servant's heart.  When I drive up to the school, Xolile is almost always the first one to meet me at my car and offer to help carry something.  She always makes sure the library is open so we can meet in there and start on time.  She also has a very gentle spirit and is so sweet.  When we had our party at the end of the last Bible Study I wanted to send out a letter to the parents to let them know what we were doing.  I was told that someone would type the letter up for me and then I would sign it and I returned to the school to see that Xolile had handwritten all of the 9 letters to send to the parents, like I said servant's heart J.
