Last Saturday, the Lord confirmed "This has nothing to do with me".  About a month ago, the 3 girls I work with went with me to South Africa for a prayer retreat.  As we sought the Lord He was giving them more ideas for the Bible Study while to me He just kept saying "Step Back".  So I gave the girls the mandate that if the Bible Studies were going to continue was up to them.  Meanwhile I'm working on the Card Project and the retreat in August for all the girls who have gone through the Bible Study.

Last school term (January-April) we had 70 girls go through the Bible Study and now 40 of those are leaders for the next term (May-August) for 160 more girls.  Saturday we had the leader training and 1leader (there are 2 per group) came to my house for training.  I was humbled as Zabiba, Phumlile, and Hloniphile planned and ran the entire training and I watched with joy.  I just kept thinking "This is going great and I had nothing to do with it".  It is awesome how God put my team together with Zabiba as the teacher, Phumlile as the behind the scenes girl, and Hloniphile as the organizer - beautiful!

The 20 leaders came from all over the country.  Several of them left their house at 4am to walk to catch the bus and then had a 2 hour bus ride.  The Lord just kept saying "This is the fruit" and I'm just humbled.  I've done nothing to deserve to be a part of this and yet the Lord has poured out his grace upon me.  These young women are going to be the future mothers of this next generation that is going to be HIV free.  These ladies are not only going to teach their peers now but they are going to teach their children and grandchildren.

May we be oaks of righteousness, plantings of you in Swaziland for the display of your splendor.
